Free Health Screening in Pagosa
Learn how to decrease your risk for cardiovascular disease. Come to a free screening at at San Juan Basin Health in Pagosa Springs on Wednesday, June 10 between 8:30 a.m. and Noon. No appointment is necessary.
This free Cardiovascular Disease screening includes: cholesterol, triglycerides, blood pressure, blood sugar, body mass index (BMI), risk assessment score, and prevention education. It only takes 15 minutes and you can get immediate results. No appointment necessary. Fasting is recommended by not required.
