A.        Pagosa Springs Farmers Market Off-Site Signage [DRB08-04] A request by the applicant, Pagosa Springs Chamber of Commerce, to review proposed off-site signage which includes seventeen (17) light pole banners and sandwich board signs at two (2) separate locations.

B.        169 Pagosa Street Exterior Alterations [DRB08-05

A request by the applicant, Teddy Herzog, to review exterior alterations to the structure located at 169 Pagosa Street, more specifically Lot 12, Block 27, Townsite of Pagosa Springs.

V.        Planning Commission

A.        The Springs Resort Sketch Plan, Planned Unit Development [PC08-08] A public hearing to review a request by Springs S2 Development Inc., Pagosa Spring Inc., and Gulfstream Worldwide LTD, represented by Reynolds & Associates for the sketch plan of a project that includes approximately 300 hotel rooms, 193 timeshare/townhome/condominiums and 61,000 square feet of commercial/restaurant/service space; located at 305 & X Hot Springs Boulevard.
