A. Blue Sky Ranch Comprehensive Plan Amendment -- [PC08-01] - continued - A public hearing to review a request by the applicant, Blue Sky Ranch LLC, represented by Russell Engineering Inc., to modify the planning area boundary as defined in the Comprehensive Plan to include the entire Blue Sky Ranch property and designate the remaining property as Rural Residential. The subject property is located at 2020 Highway 84.
B. The Plaza at Aspen Village Building 'B2' Condominium Conversion [PC08-02] - A public hearing to review a request by the applicant, Aspen Partners Pagosa LLC, represented by John Ranson, for the proposed condominium conversion of the Plaza at Aspen Village, Building B2, located at 2800 Cornerstone Drive.
C. 191 East Pagosa Street Conditional Use Permit [PC08-03] -A neighborhood compatibility meeting to review the request for a conditional use permit to construct approximately 5,300 square feet of commercial space and eleven (11) apartment units at 191 East Pagosa Street, more specifically Lot 1, San Juan RV Park Minor Subdivision, by the applicant Jeff Hester.
